The Organic Law on Transparency and Access to Public Information (LOTAIP) requires all State institutions that make up the public sector and other entities mentioned in the said Act to be observed, to disseminate through a web information portal or through the means available to them, and which are easily accessible and understood, the minimum information updated monthly, which, for the purposes of LOTAIP, is considered to be of a mandatory nature.
